My Career so far

From my working experience, there are a number of projects that I have conducted at the university and companies in Cambodia and France. For example, I have also won six-month training by UNDP and ImpactHub on Urban Mobility Incubator (UMI)Program During this program, I led the design of the Jisder application, a peer-to-peer ride-pooling solution aimed at seamlessly connecting ride-givers and seekers heading in the same direction. More than just a technical endeavor, this program provided me with invaluable insights into business strategy. I crafted a comprehensive business plan by using tools like the business model canvas. Notably, this experience allowed me to hone my skills in identifying target customers, making the customer segmentation process an integral part of my approach. I have worked at Cambodian Investors Corporation (CIC) as a business development officer on the business side of software development. My main tasks involve requirement collection and analysis to apply the technological tool in the business process. My main responsibilities involved collecting the requirements, and conducting analysis on the mobile application features and backlog of the project called “Cambodian Investor CorporationPlc Mobile Application”, and working closely with the developers to check the development process. In addition, I am also responsible for evaluating the UX/UI design of the mobile application, making sure that it is user-friendly and clean interface, and conducting marketing research to promote the application including planning marketing strategies and campaigns to the target audience. Having worked in a business company, I have learnt that collecting and analyzing data to understand the behaviors of the users is a vital aspect in developing a business product.
